These Terms of Service govern your use of the Follow Me Fright website and your purchase or use of Follow Me Fright products.

By accessing this website, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Follow Me Fright

Follow Me Fright designs and sells motion-tracking Halloween props, electronic accessories, mounting systems, kits, and related products.

Throughout these Terms, “Follow Me Fright,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Follow Me Fright.

2. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase products from this website.

Because many Follow Me Fright products are manufactured, assembled, updated, or improved in small production runs, minor differences may occur between product photographs, specifications, packaging, colors, components, firmware versions, and the product you receive.

These differences do not affect the basic intended function of the product unless otherwise stated.

We may modify product designs, components, software, firmware, packaging, or specifications at any time to improve performance, reliability, manufacturing, or availability.

4. Intended Use

Follow Me Fright products are primarily intended for entertainment, Halloween displays, haunted attractions, prop building, hobbyist projects, and similar applications.

Our products are not safety devices, security systems, life-support equipment, medical devices, or systems intended for use where failure could result in serious injury or loss of life.

Customers are responsible for installing and operating products safely and in accordance with any included instructions.

5. Installation and Modification

Some Follow Me Fright products require installation, assembly, adjustment, mounting, wiring, configuration, or integration with third-party props or equipment.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The product is installed securely

• Electrical connections and power supplies are appropriate

• Moving parts have adequate clearance

• The product is operated in a safe environment

• Children, pets, guests, clothing, hair, fingers, and other objects are kept away from moving mechanisms when appropriate

Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, incorrect power supplies, physical abuse, or use outside the intended operating conditions may not be covered by warranty or return eligibility.

6. Third-Party Products and Compatibility

Some Follow Me Fright products may integrate with or mount to products manufactured by third parties.

References to third-party brands, products, props, masks, smart-home platforms, software, or equipment are provided for compatibility or descriptive purposes only.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Follow Me Fright is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those third-party manufacturers.

We cannot guarantee continued compatibility with third-party products that may change after our product is released.

7. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

We may cancel or refund an order due to:

• Product availability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Suspected fraud

• Payment issues

• Shipping restrictions

• Errors in product information

• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount.

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping costs, and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

9. Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, supply constraints, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or repeated delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the Returns & Refunds Policy regarding a return, the Returns & Refunds Policy will control.

Some Follow Me Fright products may be produced in limited quantities.

We do not guarantee that any product will remain available, continue to be manufactured, or remain available at a particular price.

12. Firmware and Software

Some Follow Me Fright products may contain or use firmware, software, mobile applications, desktop applications, web interfaces, or network-connected features.

Software and firmware may be updated periodically to improve functionality, compatibility, performance, security, or reliability.

Features may be changed, added, or removed as products evolve.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate network security when connecting devices to their home or business network.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Follow Me Fright name, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, videos, documentation, website content, firmware, software, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Follow Me Fright.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without permission, except where allowed by applicable law or an applicable open-source license.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights specifically granted under an open-source license applicable to particular software, firmware, files, or documentation.

14. User Content

If you submit photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

Unless otherwise agreed, submitting content directly to us for promotional use gives Follow Me Fright permission to reproduce, display, and share that content for marketing, customer support, product development, and promotional purposes.

We will not claim ownership of your original content.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or our services to:

• Violate intellectual property rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Follow Me Fright harmless from claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use, misuse, unauthorized modification, unsafe installation, or violation of these Terms.
